Becoming involved in Challenge Groups is the final piece to the puzzle! You are more inclined to show up for a morning workout when others are expecting you to be there! No, you do not have to be on camera during your workout. But signing on to my Facebook group or an app still shows accountability and showing up for yourself. After all, you only get out of what you put in. Don’t expect more until you do more.
