I am a mom of 2 babies under 2 with a fire in my heart for all things BALANCE. Even though I have been a nurse for over 10 years and a nurse practitioner for over 5 years, I have been involved some way or another in Health and Fitness for 20+ years!

My true passion lies in finding a balanced lifestyle of eating delicious, nourishing foods and moving my body! I adore helping busy women achieve their health and fitness goals by means of BALANCE, not diets!

Whether you are a woman who is looking to improve her health, (physically and mentally), and/or someone like me who is working another job role (career woman, SAHM or both!) but has an itch for a side hustle, click the link below and we can chat! My story

Week 1. Week 4.

Ever since grade school, I have had a fire for exercise and nutrition. I began my college journey as a Health Promotion and Fitness major but switched to Nursing because it was “safe” and “more practical.” I worked in the operating room for 10 years. I became a nurse practitioner and worked in orthopedic and aesthetic medicine. Even though I have loved my career choices, I always seem to keep going back to a health and nutrition focus.

After I had my son in 2021, I found health coaching! Nothing has truly made my soul happier! I get to use my business to not only keep myself accountable, but to help other women see through their own health journey through balance!

I have tried every fad diet in the book and have achieved crazy physiques through bodybuilding and Spartan race training. However, the happiest I’ve have felt is NOW through eating intuitively and choosing physical activity that flows with the season of life I am in.

I just had my second baby and currently in the fourth trimester and I have never felt more balanced in this season of life! I eat what my body needs, I rest when my energy is low and I move my body to continue feeling my best!
